Free Assessment

Find out where your security really stands

A free, no-obligation look at the computers and email setup in your office, with a plain-English report on what is solid and what to fix first.

  • Your computers, checked
We look at every computer and server we're allowed to see: what's installed, what's out of date, and what its maker no longer supports.
  • Your email setup
Whether someone could send email that looks like it came from your company, and how your mailboxes are protected.
  • A short conversation
About the things software can't see: how you sign in, how your backups work, what your staff has been trained on, and your plan for a bad day.
  • A plain-English report
What's in good shape, what needs work, and what to do first. No jargon, and no pressure to buy anything.
How it works

Four steps, and you stay in control

The assessment is free. What you do with the results is up to you.

  1. We talk

You tell us a little about your office. We answer your questions before anything happens.

  2. We agree in writing

Before we touch anything, we put in writing what we will look at, what we will collect, who sees it and how long we keep it. If your office handles patient information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement first.

  3. We check

We look at your computers and your email setup, then have a short conversation about the rest.

  4. We walk you through it

You get the report and a plain-English walkthrough of what to fix first.

What we ask of you

Not much, and we'll be upfront about it

  • Someone who can say yes
An owner or office manager who can approve the paperwork and the timing of the check.
  • A short conversation
About sign-in protection, backups, staff training and your plan for a bad day. Software can't see those, so we ask.
  • Honest answers
The report is only as good as what we can verify, and it says so. If we could not check something, we mark it as not verified instead of guessing.
What it costs

Nothing, with no strings

There is no fee and no obligation. If you'd like help fixing what we find, we're happy to talk about that. If not, the report is still yours.

The assessment is a snapshot of what we could see on the day. It is not a guarantee, a formal audit, or legal advice.
